What does the day-to-day job look like?
With our in-depth and fully-paid training programme behind you, you’ll begin tackling a variety of customer interactions; whether it be assisting customer in resolving an issue with their meter reading, or answering a question about a bill, you’ll deliver solutions that make a difference.
